The first full-service restaurant has been announced for Terminal South, with PÜR Zen Mimosa Wine Bar set to join the development.

The wine bar owned by restaurateur Lizcha Bennett opened its first location last year in McDonough.

The Terminal South location of PÜR Zen Mimosa Wine Bar will be open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Friday, and brunch and dinner on weekends. It will have a patio facing Hank Aaron Drive.

Guests can expect American and Creole-inspired small plates, seasonal charcuterie boards, salads and flatbreads in addition to house-made desserts and an extensive wine list.

The menu will feature shareable items such as Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Balsamic Glaze; Jumbo Fried Shrimp with House-Made Rémoulade; and Braised Oxtails served with Creamy Cheddar Grits. Full-plate options will rotate seasonally with offerings such as Rosemary Lamb Chops with Skin-On Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and Southern Fried Chicken Dinner. Brunch favorites will include Peach Cobbler French Toast with Local Peach Syrup and Biscoff Cookie Crumbles, as well as Croiffles – croissant waffles – topped with powdered sugar, seasonal fruit, and drizzled with Nutella, chocolate, or berry glaze.

Other concepts from Bennett and co-owner Keon Davis announced for Terminal South include Smooth N Groove, DM Sliders and Flat-Out Flatbreads. The three concepts will be located in the food hall, Switchman Hall.

Terminal South is slated to open in 2024 in the Peoplestown neighborhood. The mixed-use development features approximately 45,000 square feet of space in two adapted warehouses, including a collection of restaurants making up Switchman Hall. The Stafford Properties-led development is located steps away from the Atlanta BeltLine and will be the final stop on the city’s first Bus Rapid Transit line.
