A new convenience store is proposed for Gwinnett County.

According to a permit application for the proposed land development, the store is planned for 7124 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Norcross. A sushi restaurant is currently located at the site, which is adjacent to a Burger King.

The new retail structure would be 6,000 square feet, according to the application. It’s not clear which convenience store is in mind for the site.

The developer is listed as Husein Hamirani, the owner of 1618 Land Holdings. According to a LinkedIn profile, Hamirani is a developer of gas stations, shopping centers, multifamily and community centers.
