2026 is bringing big changes for one of Collingswood’s favorite restaurants. After feeding the neighborhood for nearly 10 years, Hearthside is moving to more expansive digs in Haddon Township, reports local media outlet Foobooz.

The Piperno Hospitality group initially intended to launch a new concept in the 105 Haddon Avenue space, however they have instead opted to turn the building into a new space for Hearthside.

The move will provide the eatery with greater opportunity to serve its clientele. The restaurant’s original and current home, located at 801 Haddon Avenue, has room for 45 customers, but the new space can accommodate up to 145 patrons.

Construction has already begun on the new space; once completed, Hearthside will have a bar, a lounge, and outdoor patio seating. The restaurant’s social media post about the relocation states that the menu will remain unchanged and that customers can look forward to a: “raw bar, shareable small plates, housemade pastas, flatbreads, and our signature steaks–all prepared with the same care and intention that’s always been at the heart of what we do.”

It is not yet clear what Hearthside plans to do with its Collingswood storefront, however it remains open for the immediate future. The new location is set to open at some point next year, and ownership is extremely enthusiastic about its next chapter, saying: “This isn’t goodbye–it’s an exciting new chapter for Hearthside, one that we know will bring even more memories to share…We look forward to welcoming you to our new home…where we’ll continue to serve you the best food, drinks, and hospitality.”
