One of Jersey’s newest burger obsessions is bringing Glassboro its just desserts. Sweet Escape, from the team behind Smash Bros., is opening next door to that beloved eatery, reports local media outlet South Jersey Food Scene.
The new concept will be opening at 710 Delsea Drive North, in the space immediately next to Smash Bros. An abundance of information is not currently available about Sweet Escape, however owners Mo and Fahmi Abuhmoud are shooting for a summer opening, targeting either June or July.
Glassboro residents can look forward to enjoying a wide range of delicious treats when Sweet Escape makes its local debut. The menu will feature pancakes, waffles, crepes, and milkshakes. Customers will be able to wash down their treats with a cup of La Colombe coffee.
The brothers Abuhmoud have found considerable success with Smash Bros., and Sweet Escape is certain to continue the siblings’ impressive hospitality run. The dessert shop will provide Smash Bros. customers with a convenient option for satisfying their post burger sweet yen.
