A successful Australian (by way of New York) cafe is getting ready to launch its second Texas act. Two Hands, already a hit in Austin, is opening a Dallas location this summer, reports the Dallas Business Journal.

The eatery will be making its DFW debut at 2681 Howell Street, BU1, as part of the QUAD development. The Uptown cafe will occupy 3,000 square feet with space to accommodate 80 customers. According to the Stream Realty website, Two Hands will offer both indoor and outdoor seating. A precise opening date is not yet available, however innovative fusion dishes and hot coffee are just around the corner; Two Hands will begin greeting guests this June.

The cafe concept made a splash in Austin in 2020, earning instant success and acclaim. Two Hands CEO Henry Roberts explains why the DFW is the concept’s next logical move, saying: “Dallas is filled with so many unique, diverse neighborhoods, and The QUAD development in Uptown is the perfect opportunity for Two Hands to enter the market. Following our success in Austin, our expansion into Dallas will continue our growth in Texas and help establish our brand here.”

Two Hands locations are curated to their neighborhoods to match the lifestyles and priorities of future customers. Dallas diners can look forward to a selection of sharable plates, an exhaustive coffee program, and a full-service bar.

Two Hands launched its first location in New York City in 2014 and now has locations in Tennessee and Colorado alongside the Lone Star State cafes.
