New Breakfast Restaurant Could Be Coming to Snellville

A new restaurant appears to be coming to Snellville.

A project called “Chandler’s” is proposed for a space at 3400 Centerville Highway, according to a building permit application with Gwinnett County. The 1,266-square-foot space would be located in a one-story commercial building that contains other restaurants and markets, like Yard Vibes Caribbean Restaurant, She Did That Soul Food Kitchen, and Tammax Caribbean Market. 

According to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office, Chandlers Homestyle Breakfast Cafe LLC was first created in 2022, listed with the 3400 Centerville Highway address.

Shantel Chandler is listed the owner of the concept.
