According to recent public records, a new Mexican restaurant is coming to Gainesville. Jalisco Town 2 will soon open at 4401 N.W. 25.
In a brief interview, ownership informed What Now that they are planning to open by mid May, but the actual date is dependent on the state of permits.

Readers may recognize that the original location is found at 601 Weldon Boulevard in Lake Mary.
