The team behind Spanish-French restaurant Peninsula have new concepts on the way to the Neuhoff development in Germantown this year. Previously, What Now Nashville reported that they had a new restaurant concept heading to the development.

However, Chris Schoen, Yuriko Say and chef Jake Howell will be bringing two concepts — a restaurant and a separate bar — to the development.

Cauponor will serve as the fine-dining restaurant concept. Like Peninsula, it will serve European cuisine and will be open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, according to the Nashville Business Journal. It is slated for a late summer opening.

On the other hand, Charmers, the bar concept, will be open throughout the week and will offer a fun atmosphere with light cocktails, according to the Business Journal. It is expected to open in July.

Peninsula’s menu features European-inspired small plates, as well as a lineup of beverages including gin and tonics, specialty cocktails, beers and mocktails.

Neuhoff has seen other recent openings, including Fishmonger, which opened earlier this year at the development.
