He brings with him a strong track record in investment banking and now joins the firm’s acquisitions team. In his new role, Manzoor will lead the firm’s acquisition strategy across key markets in the Southeast US.

CP Group Names Bilal Manzoor as Vice President
CP Group has announced Bilal Manzoor as its latest hire for the post of Vice President. He will lead acquisitions in Southeast markets including Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, and Raleigh.
Manzoor recently moved from New York to Atlanta, where he will be based. He said that CP Group’s strong track record, industry expertise, and reputation as a market leader made it the ideal place to launch his career in commercial real estate.
“This new position provides an incredible opportunity to apply my financial and strategic experience in a hands-on, entrepreneurial setting. I look forward to amplifying CP Group’s incredible business pipeline across the Southeast,” he said.
Speaking about his firm’s latest hire, Chris Eachus, Partner at CP Group, said that Manzoor brings “a strong financial acumen and a sharp analytical perspective to our acquisitions team.” His background in investment banking will be instrumental in uncovering value, fueling growth, and advancing CP Group’s long-term investment strategy, Eachus continued.

In his new role, Manzoor will identify new acquisition opportunities for the firm throughout the Southeast. He will also help implement strategies that support the firm’s ongoing expansion, strengthen its investment platform, and deepen its regional expertise.
Manzoor’s Impressive Résumé
Manzoor brings experience from major global financial institutions. Most recently, he spent a total of 4 years at Goldman Sachs in New York and was the Vice President in the Investment Banking Division.
During his tenure at Goldman Sachs, Manzoor worked across mergers and acquisitions as well as debt and equity capital markets. He led transactions ranging from hundreds of millions to several billion dollars in enterprise value, primarily serving clients in the global industrial and technology sectors. Over the course of his career there, he executed more than $10 billion in M&A and financing transactions.
In a related move, CP Group also recently appointed Christopher Cauthen to join as a Senior Vice President and Market Lead in Dallas. The Commercial Real Estate Executive has 20 years of experience in the industry and specializes in the Texas office sector. He will be focusing on the southwest markets like Texas, Colorado, and Arizona in his new position.
