A new spot for both craft brews and smash burgers is soon coming to the Tumwater area.

It was recently reported by The Olympian that a new restaurant next to the Tumwater Craft District called Brewhouse Grill and Smash Burgers is coming to the area. There is not a confirmed address as of yet, but it will be going next to the Craft District at 4242 Capitol Boulevard SE. Also at the new location will be an America’s Credit Union.

Owner Juan Martinez is preparing to open the location in the next couple months. When speaking with Martinez on the phone, he did not give an exact opening date. He is also the owner of Don Juan’s Mexican Kitchen and The Grill at 507 in Yelm.

A menu has not been released, but guests can expect a new smash burgers option. This business will be independent and not part of a chain.

Tumwater’s Craft District is home to many dining options including Olympia Seafood Co., Nana’s Pattaya Thai Express, Bastard Pies, Tumwater Taco Co., and Wines By The Valley Wine Bar & Shop. It was recently reported a new French bistro called C’est L’eau is also coming to the district.

It looks like the building is under construction, and there is a “Coming soon!” sign in front of the business.
