One of the Philadelphia region’s most innovative food concepts is seizing the summer of 2025. Pinwheel Provisions, an establishment that  centers healthy, sustainable, and local options, is moving to a new home and bringing with it new possibilities, reports The Philadelphia Inquirer.

The cafe won’t be straying too far from its 860 West Lancaster Avenue home of over a year. Pinwheel Provisions will be setting up its new shop at 824 Lancaster Avenue, where it will neighbor the Bryn Mawr Film Institute.

According to a post on Pinwheel Provisions’ official Instagram account, the fresh location will allow the concept to offer an expanded food and beverage menu while also providing indoor and outdoor seating. Fur parents are certain to rejoice; the post states that Pinwheel Provisions will be dog-friendly.

An opening timeline is not presently available. Pinwheel Provisions’ post merely states that the move will happen at some point this summer.

Pinwheel Provisions partners with local vendors to meet its established goal: “Pinwheel features a unique set of meal components that help you meet your dietary needs and goals and accommodate multiple palates/restrictions in your household, while enjoying great tasting meals. And you will be reducing food and packaging waste in the process! Our meal provisions enable you to produce great meals while minimizing cooking time & effort. In all cases, you will end up with just what you need.”
