Construction is officially underway on forthcoming hotel project Pendry Nashville, marked by a groundbreaking ceremony that took place July 16 within SomeraRoad’s Paseo South Gulch development. Pendry will serve as a hotel and condo tower, featuring 180 hotel rooms and 146 condos alongside a ground-floor restaurant and bar, a rooftop restaurant and bar, event spaces and a fitness space, according to Nashville Business Journal.
The project is expected to reach completion in 2027.
Pendry Nashville represents a partnership between Pendry, owned by California-based hospitality giant Montage International, and local real estate and development firm SomeraRoad.
The Pendry brand focuses on luxury hospitality and contemporary building designs, according to the Pendry website. Other Pendry locations with Pendry Residences exist in cities like Tampa, Mexico City, Barbados and Park City.
SomeraRoad, founded by Ian Ross in 2016, has other developments like Unison Industries, Emblem Park and The Park at SouthSide Works in its portfolio.
