Eggstatic, a breakfast-focused restaurant known for creative takes on classic dishes, is getting ready to open a new location in Oakville at 2055 Winston Park Drive.
The company’s newest location is set to open on Saturday, September 27, according to a representative from the company. Customers can expect the same inventive breakfast menu that has defined Eggstatic’s growing presence across Ontario. The Oakville outpost follows the brand’s recent launch in London, which officially opened earlier this month.
Founded by Chef Faris, Eggstatic began as a small concept aimed at reinventing breakfast with unique flavor combinations and fresh ingredients. It has steadily expanded throughout the province, with existing locations in Toronto, Mississauga, Ajax, Scarborough, Kingston, Hamilton, and now London. The Oakville opening marks the company’s eighth storefront.
Located in the Winston Park area, the new restaurant will serve a mix of residential and business clientele seeking approachable, fast-casual breakfast and brunch options. Eggstatic’s concept caters to both weekday traffic and weekend diners looking for quality morning fare.
The menu offers a broad selection of breakfast classics with modern twists, including dishes like shakshouka, breakfast poutines, fusion omelets, and stuffed French toast. Vegetarian options and specialty beverages round out the offerings.
Chef Faris remains closely involved in shaping the menu and brand direction, ensuring consistency across all locations. With its continued growth, Eggstatic is positioning itself as a notable player in Ontario’s increasingly competitive breakfast scene.
“It all started with a love for simple, delicious moments shared over a great meal,” according to the company’s website. We’ve always believed that brunch is more than just food—it’s about bringing people together and making every morning feel special. From the first bite to the last, we’re here to create moments that bring sunshine to your day.”
