Green Valley Ranch is undergoing major renovations, with recent changes at Regal Theatre designed to elevate the moviegoing experience. The renovation of the theatre will match the resort’s refreshed aesthetic.
Regal Green Valley Ranch to Undergo Remodeling
Station Casinos is transforming Green Valley Ranch. The Regal Theatre at the property will also be renewed for an enhanced cinematic experience that blends contemporary style with the latest technology.
The remodeling will cover the complete renovation from the lobby to the auditorium. Visitors will soon step into a cozy and welcoming lobby with neutral coloring, plush textures, and carefully selected lighting for an overall movie-theatre ambience. In addition to the design, the Regal Theatre will have better technology, such as recliner seats in each auditorium.

The project is part of the $200 million renovation of Green Valley Ranch Resort, which will also feature refurbished rooms, suites, meeting facilities, and a casino area. Through this gradual redesign, Station Casinos is making sure the guest experience of the entire Green Valley Ranch is upgraded. The Regal Theatre will be operational throughout the renovation, and it is scheduled to be ready by the middle of 2026.
Glimpse of the Transformed Regal Theatre
The Regal Theatre will provide a state-of-the-art and contemporary movie experience. The enhanced seats will offer the best degree of comfort for moviegoers. The new concession space will feature a larger variety of food services, including a new bar with a diverse selection of custom-crafted drinks.
The movie theatre will also include a spacious lounge where patrons can take a seat and have a bite before or after watching a movie. This welcoming venue provides the ideal environment to socialize and enjoy a pre-show buzz.
The improved acoustics and high-technology projection units will make sure that the viewing experience is clear and natural, making each film feel like a true cinematic event. A full-fledged digital experience and improved lighting across the venue will maintain a seamless flow with the property’s overall design refresh.
The two special, exclusive, luxury private movie booths will undergo a premium upgrade as part of the remodel. This renovation, in collaboration with The Design Collective, together with Station Casinos’ in-house team, will transform the way in which customers will experience the cinema at Green Valley Ranch.
Green Valley Ranch Resort has almost 500 guest rooms and suites, a 30,000-square-foot spa, a wide range of dining facilities, and entertainment options, including a Regal Cinemas movie theatre, all making it an AAA Four Diamond award winner. The renovation will offer refurbished rooms and expansion of casinos, besides the reintroduction of the poker room towards the end of 2025.
