Chèvre, the beloved cheese and sandwich shop with two locations in Miami, is preparing a rapid expansion that will more than double its footprint in the coming year.

First up is Coconut Grove, where submitted plan review documents show a new Chèvre opening at 3065 Fuller Street. What Now confirmed the news on Tuesday with Navin Mahtani, managing partner at Think Hospitality. The new Chèvre will open this month.

But that’s not all. The Burn Miami has reported that another two locations are expected to open in 2026, in Coral Gables and in West Palm Beach.

The menu on Chèvre’s websites features several tempting (and extremely photogenic) bestsellers: there’s a whole Camembert Basque Cheesecake, cheeses like the Michael Spycher Gruyere and the Comte Reserve 18-24 Months, plus sandwiches like La Italiana, The Spaniard, and El Padron (A Sandwich Fit for Royalty):

“Pan de Cristal, Buttery Paleta Iberico, Award-Winning Manchego Dehesa de los Llanos cheese and Spanish olive oil. A simple sandwich showcasing Spain’s best ingredients. Perfect Simplicity.”

Opening in the Fuller Street location, Chèvre joins the new Ziggurat building, where it will be part of a restaurant community that includes Vinoteca, Barracuda Taphouse & Grill, Le Bouchon Du Grove, and more.
