Ellianos Coffee, the southeast-based drive-thru coffee shop, is planning a location in Oakleaf Plantation.

According to the Jacksonville Daily Record, the proposed shop is to be located at Oakleaf Plantation Parkway north of Ivory Crossing and Clay County Fire Rescue Station 26, and would be the third Ellianos in Clay County.

The  location will be owned and operated by Jeffrey and Theresa Bishop under JTB Coffee, LLC.  According to Jeffrey Bishop, the shop is still in the process of development, and no completion date has been set.

Ellianos is popular for its crafted espresso drinks and breakfast items — provided for on-the-go people through its drive-thru windows. In addition to traditional coffee drinks, Ellianos offers refreshing “freezers” (frozen blended coffee drinks) and its signature Red Bull Rush for a quick burst of energy. The company also sells smoothies, lemonades, bagels, and pastries.

Ellianos was established in 2002 by Scott and Pam Stewart, and has since expanded to 73 stores with more than 200 additional locations in development. The company has grown in popularity for its dedication to providing great customer service to, “Every guest. Every time”.  The chain is expanding its footprint throughout Florida, Georgia, and Alabama and is currently seeking franchisees for Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
