Marufuku Ramen is set to launch its second Valley eatery this Spring. According to the Review Journal’s Neon outlet, Marufuku Ramen will open at 2010 Festival Plaza Drive, Suite 170.
The restaurant recently announced that the new eatery to come to Downtown Summerlin is set to open in February.
The San Francisco shown is known for its Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen with umami pork broth, thin but filling noodles, and chashu braised pork belly. Marufuku Ramen was founded in 2017 in San Francisco’s Japantown by Japanese entrepreneur Eiichi Mochizuki, who wanted to bring authentic Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen to the Bay Area after finding a lack of quality options. Since its inception, Marufuku has grown significantly from its San Francisco roots, with Marufuku Ramen locations expanding across California, Texas, and Nevada, and even into New York, totaling more than a dozen hot spots with plans for more.
The new eatery to be erected on Festival Plaza Drive in Downtown Summerling will stand at a whopping 2,440 square feet with counter and table seating, flat-screen TVs, and a terrace with firepits.
What Now Las Vegas reached out to Marufuku Ramen Operations Manager, Tatsuya Tanaka, for more details about the upcoming opening, but did not hear back by the time of this publication. But the new location soon to come to the Downtown Summerlin area is already listed on the website as coming soon this winter 2026.
“Marufuku proudly serves authentic Hakata-style Tonkotsu ramen — featuring a milky and umami-rich broth made from boiling pork bones for long hours, ultra-thin artisanal noodles that match perfectly with the broth, and cha-shu made from specially selected pork,” the website reads.
“Rich white chicken paitan ramen with chicken cha-shu is also featured on the menu, along with a variety of mini-sized rice bowls, izakaya-style appetizers, and premium beer and sake.”
Marufuku Ramen just made its debut in the Valley in January 2025. As you can see, the brand is continuing to forge forward with its Vegas expansion.
Marufuku Ramen is set to open at 2010 Festival Plaza Drive, Suite 170, in Downtown Summerlin this February 2026.
