A new brewery and taproom called Toki Craft is on the way to Canoga Park, according to permits recently submitted to Los Angeles City Planning. Paperwork indicates that there are plans for a 4,109-square-foot brewery and restaurant at 7307 Canoga Ave.

The space is expected to have 67 interior seats and 62 patio seats. Plans submitted to the city planning department for review display two outdoor patio areas, an indoor dining area, a brewery and a kitchen area.

Toki Craft is expected to open during the summer. It will be “your neighborhood brewery for freshly brewed beer paired with Japanese small plates,” according to the Toki Craft website. The spot will blend Japanese heritage and American brewing traditions, building on the experience of the brewmaster’s 15 years of experience. Paperwork also indicates that there will be some live entertainment.

Toki Craft is currently hiring. When it opens, it is expected to operate from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m.

What Now Los Angeles has reached out to the ownership team for additional details.
