Wellington is about to get hotter when Cluck Face Nashville Hot Chicken opens.

The fast casual restaurant will open at The Square at Lotis Wellington, located at the corner of Forest Hill Boulevard and State Road 7. Other tenants at the center include Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, Tremble, and Foxtail Coffee, according to the mixed use community’s Instagram.

The husband and wife team of David and Nancy Chapman expect to open the restaurant in June 2026. In a call with What Now Miami, David Chapman, a veteran restaurateur with more than three decades in the industry, said once they tried Cluck Face’s chicken, they were sold on sharing it throughout Florida. “In my opinion, it is simply the best chicken tender around.”

The menu offers chicken tenders served as meals and combos, as sliders, and in bowls. Guests can opt for their tenders as country fried or Nashville hot with a choice of heat level from mild to extremely hot (cluck it).  Further customization includes a choice of sauces such as ranch, spicy mayo, BBQ, and comeback. Desserts, sides, and drinks round out the menu.

The Chapmans plan on opening several other locations including Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and West Palm Beach with a goal of not only offering delicious meals, but playing a supportive role in their local communities. “As a business owner, I put myself at the beck and call of the community I serve,” says David who provides mentorship to local kids and participates in other local programs and events. “We’re dedicated to make a positive impact.”
