A new all-day concept from a familiar hospitality group appears to be taking shape in South Boston.
Broadway Restaurant Group is planning a new restaurant and café called Dalia, according to Boston Restaurant Talk. While an exact address has not yet been disclosed, the upcoming concept is expected to land somewhere along East Broadway, with online job listings pointing to a March 2026 opening.
Although details remain limited for now, online information suggests that Dalia will operate as both a full-service restaurant and a café. A listing on BostonChefs.com describes the concept as a “brand-new, chef-driven restaurant” featuring an “open kitchen, a curated wine and cocktail program, and a café serving coffee and pastries,” suggesting service from morning into the evening.
Menu specifics have not yet been released. However, a December Facebook post from the South Boston Chamber of Commerce notes that the team behind Dalia served Spanish dishes at a Chamber event, though it remains unclear whether a similar style will appear on the restaurant’s final menu.
Dalia will join an extensive portfolio from Broadway Restaurant Group, which operates various concepts across Boston. In South Boston, the group is behind Lincoln Tavern & Restaurant, Capo Restaurant & Supper Club, Fat Baby Sushi, Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar, Hunter’s Kitchen, and Park City. Elsewhere in the city, the group’s concepts include Capri Italian Steakhouse in the South End, Prima in Charlestown, and another Loco location in the Fenway.
Hiring for Dalia is already underway, with applications currently open for front-of-house and back-of-house positions. What Now Boston has reached out to Broadway Restaurant Group for additional details about the concept, menu, and location and will share updates as more information becomes available.
