Dallas-based Western Addition is bringing its upscale Italian concept to Scottsdale.

The restaurant group is planning to open Il Bracco at 6160 N Scottsdale Road, noting on its website, “Nestled in the heart of Scottsdale’s Resort Corridor, il Bracco is a go-to destination for locals and visitors alike. The menu blends timeless Italian favorites with modern American takes, offering something for every palate. With a cozy dining room, full service bar and inviting patio, il Bracco delivers a welcoming experience no matter the season.” The restaurant is currently accepting applications for employment at the new location.

AZ Central reports that construction is underway at the 5,000 square-foot restaurant that will also feature an addition 950 square feet of outdoor dining space. An opening date has not been announced.

Western Addition owns and operates two Il Bracco restaurants — one in Dallas and one in Houston. The restaurant specializes in pasta made in-house, along with other Italian favorites such as eggplant parmigiana and chicken piccata. The restaurant also offers USDA Prime steaks, seafood, and sandwiches. Il Bracco serves lunch and dinner, and offers a generous Happy Hour that features value-priced Aperol spritzes, cucumber martinis, beer, wine, and bar bites.

Western Addition also owns and operates Bobbie’s Airway Grill in Dallas and Balboa Surf Club in Houston.
