Armored Impact Windows & Doors, Inc. made a voluntary bankruptcy filing on March 3, according to the court records on PACER. The Chapter 11 petition was submitted by the hurricane window and door provider in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida (Lauderdale Division).

Court filings classify the company as a “small business debtor” under 11 U.S.C. § 101(51D). The company is proceeding under Subchapter V of Chapter 11.
