CAVA will open a new restaurant at 7 Main Street, Suite 4, Bedford, on March 13. The fast-casual chain will serve the locals with a Mediterranean-inspired menu in a suburban Boston community setting.

CAVA is famous for its bowls, pitas, dips, and dressings, inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. The fast-casual chain offers fresh ingredients and bold flavors. Its menu, along with a strong emphasis on hospitality, has helped the brand attract a passionate following across its growing network of locations.
“Our mission is to bring heart, health, and humanity to food, and everything we do at CAVA is grounded in that spirit of generosity, to our guests, our team members, and our community,” said Ron Shuler, Regional Director.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to be in Bedford and grow our presence in New Hampshire,” Shuler added. The restaurant will be open from 10:30 AM to 10 PM.
Job Creation and Employee Support
Before opening, each CAVA location hosts a Community Day, inviting neighbors for a free meal and encouraging donations to support a local cause. The firm matches the contributions up to $1,000.
The program has raised over $600,000 since it launched in 2019. The majority of the funds are aimed at improving food security. The event at Bedford will support the New Hampshire Food Bank. The location will hire around 25-40 members in the team, emphasizing hiring locals known for their hospitality.
