A North Quincy favorite is getting ready to bring a little taste of France to downtown Boston.

Niveaux Pâtisserie is preparing to open its second location at 75 State Street in the Financial District, reports Boston Restaurant Talk. Executive Pastry Chef and Partner Robert “Bobby” Gonzalez confirmed the expansion with What Now Boston, sharing that the team is targeting an early 2027 opening.

Since launching in August 2024, Niveaux has become known for its assortment of intricate, French-inspired sweet and savory pastries, gourmet desserts, signature croissants, and custom cakes. Beyond the pastry case, the menu features salads, sandwiches, and specialty beverages ranging from lattes and teas to lemonades and coolers. Some customer favorites include the Bacon Egg & Cheese Croissant, Iced Banana Bread Latte, Golden Mango Pastry, and Framboise Fantasy, a raspberry cheesecake.

The pâtisserie also offers a Deluxe Bakery Box Club, a monthly subscription featuring a selection of treats delivered directly to customers. Each box is curated by Chef Bobby and the Niveaux team, with two tiers available: Essentials, featuring classic pastries and desserts for two, and Essentials Plus, which also includes savory favorites such as hand pies, empanadas, and bread loaves.

While the team is keeping some details about the Financial District outpost under wraps for now, they described the project as an “exciting evolution of the Niveaux experience.” Alongside the pastries and desserts that have made the brand a local favorite, the Boston location is expected to feature an expanded breakfast and lunch menu, as well as several concepts developed specifically for the new space.

The team is also committed to maintaining its ingredient standards at the new location, continuing to use exclusively French flour, butter, and chocolate as the foundation of its menu.

“We’re incredibly excited to bring Niveaux Pâtisserie to Boston and introduce our first location within the city,” said Chef Bobby. “Our goal has always been to create experiences that feel both approachable and exceptional, and we’re excited to bring that vision into the heart of Boston.”

Additional details about the Financial District location are expected to be shared in the coming months. For a closer look at Niveaux’s pastries and the latest updates, be sure to follow @niveaux.patisserie on social media.
