What Now reported back in December about a new Irish pub planned for Buda’s much-anticipated mixed-use development The Roundabout in Buda: M. McCall’s Irish Pub, a new concept owned by Jimmy Kelly, Josh Bumb, Richard Veregge, and Tim Dowling that promises “live music, a patio and a menu modeled after Kelly’s Irish Pub,” with “elevated pub food, Guinness and Irish whiskeys” (as described in coverage by Community Impact).

As it happens, this is not the group’s only project planned for the Roundabout in Buda. The Moontower Group, which is also behind restaurants like Moontower Saloon and Nate’s Coffee and Cocktails, is also at work on a restaurant called Sundance.

The full name given on the Roundabout in Buda website is “Sundance (Moontower Group’s Family of Food & Entertainment).”

Details on Sundance have yet to be revealed. What Now reached out to Josh Bumb on Friday to ask about plans for the upcoming restaurant. Bumb was not immediately available for comment.

Stay tuned for more details as they become available!
