TPD Design House, LLC has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The Wayne, Pennsylvania-based design firm is seeking to restructure its finances amid a notable gap between its estimated range of assets and liabilities.

TPD Design House, LLC Seeks Bankruptcy Relief

The creative design company made a voluntary Chapter 11 filing on March 16, 2026 after almost 26 years of operations. A Chapter 11 petition was submitted in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Its case details are available on PACER.

Court filings mention TPD Design House, LLC as a limited liability company.

Attorney David B. Smith of Smith Kane Holman, LLC, is offering legal representation to the company, filing added. Vanessa Kreckel, its managing member, is the authorized representative who signed the petition before it was filed.

Company Background

Founded by Vanessa Kreckel, TPD Design House, LLC has been serving as a creative design company since 2000. It originally offered custom wedding stationery solutions featuring personalized invitations using typography, illustrations, and mixed materials. The company then diversified into brand, experiential projects, and digital design.

According to the company website, its current offerings also include website design and brand identity development alongside event branding and production for corporate events, weddings, and other large occasions.

Some of the company’s clients are Anna Lucia Events, Constellation, American Cancer Society, Christie’s, Google Cloud, JW Marriott, Paramount+, Thrillist, and Vinik Family Foundation.

RK Consultants reports that as of now, the company owes roughly 1 to 49 creditors in total. Court records indicate that funds will be available for distribution to the unsecured creditors. Other information listed in the 18-page Chapter 11 petition is:

TPD Design House LLC’s bankruptcy filing points towards its effort to manage finances and meet creditor obligations. The court-guided process is expected to help it with the restructuring.
