Brunch, Bliss & Bubbles, owned by Blanca and Mari Castellanos, plans to bring a sweet touch to 1360 N. Louisiana St. in Kennewick.

Decked out in a pink theme, the brunch spot marks its second location, joining its flagship in Yakima.

The menu blends sweet and savory brunch fare with elevated comfort dishes.

Starters range from strawberry bruschetta and spinach artichoke dip to indulgent options like breakfast poutine and potato skins loaded with eggs, bacon and cheese.

Mains center on hearty plates such as eggs Benedict variations, chilaquiles, breakfast sandwiches and platters with eggs, potatoes and meats, alongside burgers, tacos and salads. Standout items include a crème brûlée turkey club, pulled bacon BBQ mac and cheese and spicy chicken and waffles.

The menu also features customizable sides and a strong selection of sweets, including waffles, cake flights, croissant French toast and yogurt with house-made granola.

The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board recently approved Brunch, Bliss & Bubbles for a liquor license, according to business filings.

Complementing the brunch menu, the drink selection features a mix of classic staples and customizable cocktails, with a focus on shareable flights. Offerings include mimosa, margarita, paloma and lemon drop flights in flavors such as strawberry, hibiscus and guava. The cocktail list also includes espresso martinis, White Russians and spiked Arnold Palmers, alongside classics like Bloody Marys, micheladas and tequila sunrises.

An official opening date has not yet been announced. However, a Facebook post reads: “Grand Opening is almost here and trust us…you’ll want a seat at this table. Get your brunch crew ready.”
