Cedar Hill diners are about to get a taste of the dining sensation taking the DFW by storm. Wonder, the food hall that’s name is on everyone’s lips, has filed papers for a new location in the neighborhood, with work set to start this summer.

The hot ticket concept will be opening in a renovated storefront located at 420 East Pleasant Run Road. Paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows that Wonder will have a dedicated 4,500 square feet of space in which to prepare and serve its fare. Construction is set to begin on the project on June 8 and to wrap by August 3, suggesting Cedar Hill locals may be able to stop in for a meal before the summer is over.

Wonder has proven to be quite the dining juggernaut. The food hall partners with high profile chefs to recreate their signature dishes. Guests are encouraged to order from as many different concepts as they’d like. Meals are then made to order and accrued on one convenient bill.

The food hall cut its teeth in the Northeast but has been setting its sights on a pretty intensive DFW invasion. The Cedar Hill storefront is one of several in development in the region.
