A new multipurpose club is set to debut next year in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood.
East West Club, owned by Seattle entrepreneurs Shankar Sundaram and Ryan Schaffer, will open at 6 and 10 Dravus St., marking the duo’s first commercial project, according to The Puget Sound Business Journal.
The club will feature golf simulators, a rooftop lounge, a self-serve beverage wall, a grab-and-go cafe and office space. It will also emphasize wellness, with a small gym, locker room, steam room and dry sauna.
Golf will anchor the concept, with four simulator bays, an elevated putting green and a large private bay available for rent.
The duo said the goal is to create a family-friendly environment for working professionals, where guests can take meetings in the office space and then unwind with a tee time, workout or cold drink.
East West Club plans to offer a tiered membership model, with options ranging from full-service access to golf-focused plans and wellness and social memberships without golf. Founding members will reportedly pay a $25,000 upfront fee, covering four years of dues.
The club is slated to debut in early 2027. More details to come.
