Techstars to open space on ninth floor in Ponce City Market.
Techstars, an accelerator program that empowers entrepreneurs to develop new technologies, will commence its Atlanta program this year.
City of Atlanta issued a Commercial Alteration permit for the incubator in suite 9500 on the ninth floor of Ponce City Market for an interior buildout. Costs of construction total to $985,000.
According to an Electrical Commercial permit, the space will be sized at 9,080 square feet.
Techstars is a company sponsored by Cox Enterprises recruits ten startups at a time for a three month program. The program offers expertise, funding and office space. It is considered one of the best startup accelerators in the country.
