Andio Sisters, the family-inspired culinary business in Ohio, is preparing to open a brick-and-mortar location at 150 W. Liberty St. in Wooster, Ohio.
The concept is expected to debut later this fall or winter, according to the Scanners of Wayne County, Ohio, UNCENSORED‘s Facebook post. The restaurant is run by Chef and owner Gina Bertelli, and specializesΒ in fresh, ready-to-go lunch items.
Chef Gina named Andio Sisters in honor of her mother and aunts, who played a key role in shaping her culinary journey.
While growing up, she learned to create recipes and the importance of food as a way to bring people together. That family influence continues to guide the brand, with a focus on authentic, heartfelt cooking, which they are set to bring to the new location.
Andio Sisters aims to offer a dedicated space for its popular lunch and brunch offerings, as well as private events.
The team has already begun work on the new location as it transitions from its current operations. Its final Monday lunch service at Local Roots is scheduled for May 11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., marking the end of its regular presence at the space.
In the meantime, customers can continue to find Andio Sistersβ offerings through Local Rootsβ to-go case, catering services, and the Hey Chicky Eats food truck, which is set to return for the season in May.
What Now ColumbusΒ reached out to the owner, Chef Bertelli, and the team of Andio Sisters, but they did not respond at the time of publication.
