Bryan’s Mexican Grill and Bar is set to open a new location inside the Cottonwood Plaza Shopping Center in San Antonio, following a recent filing of a renovation permit.

According to the filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the upcoming restaurant will be located at 5420 Wiseman Rd, Ste. 100, San Antonio.

The project is listed as a 3,000-square-foot interior build-out for a Mexican food restaurant that will serve authentic, fresh Mexican dishes such as Machacado, Migas, and steak ranchero.

Bexar’s upcoming eatery is set to have a bar, kitchen, dining area, and full plumbing and electrical work, according to the permit details. The renovation is privately funded and valued at an estimated $97,500. Construction is expected to begin on April 16, 2026, with a completion by June 16, 2026.

Angel Bryan Hernandez is listed as the owner of the establishment, and the property is owned by MM WISEWOOD. LTD. The release date of the official opening has not yet been confirmed, but locals and guests can look forward to a new dining spot where they can let loose.

Bryan’s Mexican Grill and Bar currently has other locations in the College Station area, and other local options in the region include downtown spots like Casa Monarca.
