A new bagel shop is preparing to open its doors at 330 Ponce de Leon Blvd in Brooksville. It’s called—fittingly—Brooksville Bagels.
Details on the restaurant’s launch have largely yet to be revealed. However, in response to a comment on a Facebook post published by Brooksville Bagels on April 1, which asked, “When’s opening day?” Brooksville Bagels answered “Just submitted for permitting so we are hoping a couple more months! Follow the page for updates.”
What Now reached out on Wednesday to co-owner Anastasia Alaimo to ask about plans for Brooksville Bagels opening and its menu offerings. Alaimo could not be reached immediately for comment.
Opening in the Ponce de Leon Boulevard location, Brooksville Bagels will join a community of businesses like Allen’s Florist of Brooksville FL, Jungle Express Learning Center, Wagging Tails Grooming, and more.
