Everything Philly &Co., a new concept set to hit Las Vegas this spring, is embarking on bringing Philly flavors and vibes to the Valley. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, the eatery will be run by Rande Dunmore, who shared with What Now Las Vegas that Everything Philly &Co. will operate out of the Summerlin South Takeout ghost kitchen at 110 S Rainbow Blvd, therefore serving the whole valley.
“We were always going to open a restaurant; it was all about ‘Where,'” Dunmore said via email.
“And Vegas was where! We chose to stamp our name. We planned to move to Vegas for 2 years and made it happen! We’ve been in Vegas about 7 months.”
And the Dunmores are already hitting the ground running. Rande said that she’ll be opening the business with her husband, Cory.
“We were initially planning on a food truck until we found Cloud Kitchen! Best decision we could’ve made – starting with less risk, but it’s still ours and allows us to market accordingly,” Rande said.
“Our brand is Philly-based; we are from West Philadelphia, born and raised. Cory has been a chef and cooking for over 10 years. Our brand is and represents US, our family, and our city. Real, Original, and Ready!”
The brand intends to bring “east coast vibes with a Philly twist” to the Valley. Coming in hot with menu highlights like Cheesteaks (“Pete’s and Ishkabibbles tier!”), water ice, pizza pretzels, fish hoagies, $1 Jumbo Shrimp, $0.75 Wing Specials, and much more.
“Doesn’t get more Philly than that!” Dunmore said.
In addition, Everything Philly &Co. promises to provide some of the “best homemade lemonade in town.”
And this is just the beginning.
Dunmore shared that expansion plans are in their sights, but for now, it’s the ghost kitchen in Summerlin that’ll be home to the new Vegas food brand. Everything Philly &Co. will surely be in good company. The digital food hall and takeout hub features over 20+ restaurant brands, including
ProteinHouse, Down 2 Earth Pizzeria, Bokki Chicken, and Afters Ice Cream.
