Montauk Music Festival is set to bring four days of live music and entertainment to Montauk. The festival is organized by The Montauk Sun. It has grown into a grassroots music event held in restaurants, bars, and stages throughout the village.
Montauk Music Festival Set for 2026 Return
Montauk Music Festival will transform Montauk into a musical stage, filling the streets with pulsating beats. More than 40 satellite venues will welcome attendees for 100 acts and over 400 performances.
The festival is free to attend, except for a few events. Attendees will hear independent bands spanning rock, folk, pop, Americana, reggae, blues, country, jazz, indie, and hip-hop.
Tickets are required for the opening party and main stage performances. Main Stage proceeds will support Lucia’s Angels and the East End Coalition for Women’s Cancers.
Festival Lineup and Schedule
The four-day festival schedule is filled with a vast number of performances, including every genre and music taste. The schedule includes performances across multiple genres and time slots. Thursday, 14 May, marks the beginning of events at the Opening Party at Westlake Fish House. 21 of the festival bands will do a preview of their shows on two stages.
Main Stage performances will be held on Saturday and Sunday on the Green downtown in Montauk. A long list of performers will take over various locations throughout Montauk on the weekend. Visitors can plan their visit to the festival easily as schedules are sorted by band and artists, day and time, and venue.
Ticket Information
Visitors can attend the opening party on Thursday night with a ticket of $65 per person. It includes appetizers, free sponsor drinks, and over four hours of live music.
To attend main stage performances, a 2-day pass for $20 can be purchased. Children under 5 are free to enter.
The band Zebra will host a VIP Meet & Greet on May 16. The VIP experience tickets are not a part of its scheduled festival performance. 70’s rock band fans can have a special night with the band under a big tent, enjoying old classics.
