Mendocino Farms is continuing its expansion across metro Phoenix with a new location planned for the Arcadia area this summer.
According to ABC15, the California-based fast-casual restaurant chain is preparing to open a third Valley outpost near 44th Street and Indian School Road in Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood. An exact address or opening date has not yet been announced.
The restaurant chain first announced plans to enter the Arizona market in 2025 as part of its broader national expansion initiative.
After debuting its first Arizona location in Scottsdale, Mendocino Farms quickly continued its Valley expansion plans. The company is now preparing to open its second Scottsdale location on June 2 at Scottsdale Promenade, located at 16203 N. Scottsdale Rd., Ste 100.
Founded in 2005 as a family business, Mendocino Farms has grown into a popular fast-casual chain known for its sandwiches, salads, soups and seasonal menu offerings made with fresh ingredients and bold flavor combinations.
The company currently operates nearly 80 locations across California, Texas, Illinois, Colorado and Washington.
The menu includes customer favorites such as the “Not So Fried” Chicken Sandwich, Thai Mango Salad, Chicken Parm Dip and Peruvian Steak Sandwich, alongside house-made lemonades, teas and aguas frescas. Seasonal specials rotate throughout the year.
