Cerebral Brewing plans to open a new location in Downtown Parker, Colorado, next year.

According to the company’s Instagram page, as of mid-2027, customers will be able to find them at Downtown Parker for beer, food, and a place to gather. The new location will be at 20117 East Main Street in a 4,200-square-foot space, according to Westword

Speaking about the expansion of the company’s Instagram and LinkedIn pages, Cerebral Brewing said the community has always been at the center of what they do. “As an independent brewery, some of the most meaningful parts of our work are the conversations across the bar, familiar faces, and the chance to create spaces where people genuinely want to spend time together.”

“We’re excited for the opportunity to become part of a new neighborhood and build those connections in Parker, too,” the company said.

Cerebral Brewing was established in 2015 by co-founders Sean Buchan and Dan McGuire in Denver’s Congress Park neighborhood along the city’s famed Colfax Avenue. It has taprooms in West Highland, Congress Park, and Aurora.

WhatNow Media contacted McGuire but did not receive a response for comment before publication.
