Sunrise coffee and sunset cocktails- that’s what you can expect from Peaky Peak Coffee and Charcuterie as they plan to expand with a second location in Colorado.
The coffee concept will be at 1075 Bannock Street in Denver, occupying a 1,644-square-foot space in Modera Golden Triangle, according to Naked Denver. According to plans, the space will have a capacity of more than 70 people, a full-service coffee and bar counter, and kitchen facilities.
Peaky Peak Coffee and Charcuterie opened its first location at 10047 Park Meadows Dr, Unit A, Lone Tree, in September 2025 and is owned by Tracy and Quy (Q) Nguyen. They specialize in authentic Vietnamese coffee, sourcing beans directly from farmers in the renowned Central Highlands of Vietnam.
Whether you are looking for a morning coffee or a place to unwind with a glass of wine in the evening, Peaky Peak has both under one roof. In the morning, they serve high-quality, custom-blended coffee sourced directly from Vietnam, and as the sun sets, the space transforms. In the evening, wine or cocktails, and you could add a charcuterie board too.
There is no expected opening date as yet. WhatNow Media has contacted Nguyen but has not received a response at the time of publication.
