Slice Deli is a brand-spanking new concept set to hit the Valley this year. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, Slice Deli is expected to open in the Downtown Las Vegas Arts District at 1563 South Commerce Street.
A post on the brand’s Instagram page shows that construction is currently underway. If all goes well with construction and permitting, the new eatery should be open before the end of summer.
At the helm of the opening is Andrew and Vincent DeLillo. What Now Las Vegas reached out to the DeLillos, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“Slice – A new local to-go eatery with the taste of Italy is coming soon,” the Slice website reads.
“Featuring pizza, pasta, Italian hero sandwiches, crisp salads, and much more. Get ready… a new neighborhood spot is on the way!”
The new eatery will be a welcome addition to the Downtown Las Vegas Arts District’s boutique European-style shopping center, The Distrikt. The complex is situated between W Wyoming Avenue and W Utah Avenue and features small, stand-alone commercial spaces resembling repurposed shipping containers. The space is a vibrant hub for various boutique shops, cafes, and specialized food-and-beverage concepts.
Slice Deli is also offering catering to help make any occasion extra special.
“At Slice Deli, Diane and Andy are dedicated to bringing you the true taste of a New York Italian deli,” the Slice Deli catering website reads.
“Everything is crafted with high-quality ingredients and time-honored recipes, reflecting a genuine passion for flavor and tradition.”
Slice Deli is anticipated to open in the Downtown Las Vegas Arts District at 1563 South Commerce Street in 2026.
