A new concept from The Neighborhood Dining Group is set to open in downtown Charleston.
Cheeky, with the tagline “Bolder, Louder, Livelier” will debut at 151 Meeting St., Suite 150, according to a press release shared by The Holy Sinner.
The president of the dining group said in a statement the team aims to create a restaurant that “feels polished but still knows how to have fun.”
“Offering a front-row seat to all the excitement of this area of town, Cheeky is designed to feel lively, social, and connected to the energy of Meeting Street. It is the kind of place you stop into for a drink and suddenly realize you have been there three hours. Within our four walls, we are going to have a good time,” Kenny Lyons said in a statement.
The 3,500-square-foot space will feature a spacious indoor dining room with an expansive bar, open-air windows and an outdoor patio overlooking Meeting St.
Cheeky will have a curated menu centered around a range of seafood entrees alongside a beverage program with signature cocktails, champagne and wine.
The new restaurant joins the group’s acclaimed portfolio, which includes Husk, a 2025 Michelin Guide restaurant with locations in Charleston, Nashville and Savannah. The collection also features Minero, Delaney Oyster Bar and The James, most of which operate in Charleston and Atlanta.
The team has not announced an official opening date but aims for a fall 2026 reveal. Visit the Cheeky website and follow along on Instagram for the latest updates.
