Memphis-area health enthusiasts, get ready to stock up. A new establishment called Rock & Roll Nutrition has filed papers to open a Millington location, and it’s bringing an array of nutritious teas, coffees, and shakes with it.
The store is setting up shop at 8584 US Highway 51 N. Some work will be required to turn the space into Rock & Roll Nutrition; a certificate of occupancy currently under review with the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development describes the scope of alterations as “cosmetic work mostly painting cleaning, flooring. Plus having sign installed.”
Owner Gail Yancey generously set aside some time to fill What Now Memphis in on the upcoming nutritional haven, explaining that its inspiration comes from a desire to help others achieve their best lives. “Opening a nutritional tea shop is a dream built on family, health and love.” she states. “I’ve always believed that feeling good starts with making healthy choices, and I wanted to create a place where people can enjoy delicious drinks that support their wellness goals.”
Rock & Roll Nutrition is truly a labor of love. Yancey says: “This tea shop is inspired by the love of family, the joy of helping others and the belief that healthy living can be both enjoyable and rewarding. Every tea, shake and coffee we serve is a chance to bring a little more energy, happiness, and community into someone’s day.”
The location allows Yancey to serve a neighborhood which is close to her home and community.
Rock & Roll Nutrition is poised to become a staple for Millington citizens, offering a very valuable range of products Yancey describes saying: “Our shop will offer energizing nutritional teas that provide vitamins, mental focus, natural caffeine with no crash, satisfying meal replacement shakes and yummy
iced coffees made with Herbalife product, that taste great while helping people stay on track with a healthy lifestyle. Our drinks can be with or without caffeine, you will be able to add protein, Beauty boost and Hydration to any drink all while being sugar free.”
Rock & Roll Nutrition will open its doors on July 1, with a ribbon ceremony scheduled for July 31 st and the grand opening slated for August 1 st.
Yancey and her team will be providing the community with something truly special; she states: “More than just drinks, we want to provide a welcoming space where friends and families can gather, connect, and enjoy time together.”
