Club Pilates is expected to open another location in Summerlin. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, Club Pilates is planning to open a new location in the Trails Village Center in the Mira Villas neighborhood at 1990 Village Center Cir.
No word just yet on when exactly the new fitness studio will open, but it’s possible it’ll open this summer. At the helm of the opening and the locations throughout the Valley is Riser Fitness, a franchisee of the brand. What Now Las Vegas reached out to Riser Fitness NV Managing Director, Jeff Nash, who confirmed the opening but was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.
Founded in San Diego in 2007, Club Pilates “revolutionized the boutique fitness industry” by scaling traditional, reformer-based Pilates into a modernized, accessible, and affordable group fitness franchise. The company began franchising in 2012, quickly expanding its footprint to more than 30 territories within just two years.
There are now more than 1,300 Club Pilates locations worldwide. But, in North America alone, there are 1,100 studios across 48 states, with California, Florida, and Texas operating the most. Nevada has just eight, with six in the Las Vegas Valley and two in the Reno/Sparks area. So, this addition to the Summerlin community will be especially welcomed.
In 2015, Xponential Fitness acquired the brand. What Now Las Vegas reached out to Xponential Fitness Chief Executive Officer Mike Nuzzo to find out more details about the Las Vegas Valley expansion, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
