RZ’s Liquor Store may be preparing to open a new location at 31770 Highway 74 in Homeland, according to alcohol state licensing records. The new business, operating as RZ Liquor & Market 2 Inc., will bring a selection of beer, wine, spirits, and convenience items to the Riverside County community. An opening date has not yet been announced.

The new store will take over the site previously occupied by Kwik Mart, a longtime convenience store located along Highway 74, which indicates the store may provide the community with options for everyday necessities, offering a mix of groceries, snacks, beverages, and alcoholic products in a familiar roadside location.

By repurposing the existing retail space, RZ’s Liquor Store is also poised to maintain the property’s role as a neighborhood stop for an expanded selection of beer, wine, and spirits to residents in the growing Homeland community.

The upcoming Homeland store marks an expansion for the owners, who already operate RZ Liquor & Market in Moreno Valley. Public records show the company was established in 2021 and has maintained an active corporate status in California.
