Luna Grill is continuing its expansion with a new Dallas location. The new location will open on June 25 at 3921 Gaston Avenue in Dallas. It is the 60th restaurant of the company and the ninth restaurant in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The company, founded in 2004 in San Diego, was created to offer fresh, healthy Mediterranean meals. It operates restaurants across California, Arizona, and Texas. The Dallas opening marks a major milestone for the brand.

“Opening our 60th restaurant is an incredible milestone and a reflection of the trust our guests have placed in Luna Grill over the past two decades,” said Sean Pourteymour, co-founder of Luna Grill. “What started as a single neighborhood restaurant inspired by the meals we wanted to serve our own family has grown into a brand that reaches communities across three states. We’re grateful for every guest, team member, and partner who has been part of that journey, and we’re excited to continue growing while staying true to the values that have guided us from the beginning.”

To celebrate the opening, Luna Grill will provide special promotions through its Club Luna loyalty app and will offer free hats and bowls for select guests. Club Luna members can access rewards and promotions, including Kids Eat Free offers.

Luna Grill offers Mediterranean-inspired dishes including flame-grilled kabobs, bowls, salads, wraps, pitas, family meals, and catering options. The menu features proteins marinated for 24 hours and sauces made from scratch.

Strong Sales Growth Fuels Expansion

The Dallas opening is a milestone for the brand, reflecting its popularity over the years. According to CEO Rich Pinnella, Dallas remains a key market for Luna Grill.

CEO Pinnella noted that the company has experienced five consecutive years of same-store sales growth. It has 11 straight quarters of transaction growth, with Texas among its strongest-performing regions.

“The enthusiasm we’re seeing from guests across North Texas has been incredible and is a major reason we’re continuing to invest in the region. We’ve achieved five consecutive years of same-store sales growth and 11 straight quarters of transaction growth, with Texas emerging as one of our strongest-performing markets. This new restaurant reflects the growing demand for fresh, Mediterranean-inspired dining, and we’re excited to introduce more guests to the quality and hospitality that define our brand, built to fuel healthy, active lifestyles.”

The opening of Luna Grill’s 60th location marks another step in the brand’s steady expansion.
