Bringing his signature brand of hospitality back to the city where he built his legacy, restaurateur Joseph Palladino will debut Palladino’s Steak & Seafood in Dallas’s Preston Hollow. The opening introduces a modern steakhouse menu featuring prime cuts, impeccably sourced seafood, Italian-inspired dishes, refined sushi offerings, and elevated tableside experiences. The design-forward space reflects both Palladino’s New York roots and his deep ties to Dallas.

Situated within one of the city’s most vibrant retail and dining destinations, the restaurant marks a homecoming for Palladino who previously co-founded the celebrated steakhouse Nick & Sam’s and helped shape Dallas’s contemporary dining scene.

“Dallas has played such an important role in my story as an entrepreneur,” Palladino said in a statement. “After opening the first Palladino’s Steak & Seafood in New York, it felt only right to bring it here next. This city understands hospitality at the highest level, and we’re excited to introduce a menu, ambiance and experience that reflects that.”

Led by Executive Chef Hazen and local Chef de Cuisine Henry Johnson, the Dallas kitchen brings Palladino’s culinary vision to life through a menu that balances classic steakhouse tradition with modern execution. Guests can expect standout menu items such as the tableside Trolley Treat, which serves Slow-Roasted Herb-Crusted Prime Rib, as well as Bread Stick Veal Milanese, Miso-Glazed Chilean Bass, Maine Lobster Scampi and an array of sushi and Taste of Japan A5 Wagyu offerings.

Designed by Rockwell Group, the Dallas location reinterprets Palladino’s signature sense of glamour through a distinctly Texas lens, blending the sophistication and energy of the brand’s New York roots with the warmth and character of Palladino’s longstanding Dallas legacy. Rich textures, layered materials, and thoughtful architectural details create a dining destination that feels both elevated and deeply rooted in place. The restaurant also features two distinct private event spaces: The Aria, a dedicated events venue centered around a grand piano and stage for live programming, named in honor of Joseph Palladino’s daughter; and The National, an intimate private dining room named for Dallas National Golf Club, where Palladino is a member. Featuring photography from the club, The National celebrates Dallas’s deep ties to the sport while reflecting the restaurant’s broader themes of legacy, community, and elevated gathering.

The Dallas opening builds on the momentum of Palladino’s Steak & Seafood’s New York debut at the historic Grand Central Terminal and signals the continued expansion of The Palladino Group’s national footprint. The bar opens daily at 4:30 PM, followed by the dining room at 5:00 p.m.. The restaurant closes at 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
