An edible form of love is heading to Eastchase Parkway. According to public filings, Nothing Bundt Cakes plans to open a new bakery at 8430 Eastchase Pkwy., Suite 110, inside the Eastchase Market shopping center in Fort Worth, with construction targeted for completion by November 2026.
What Now Dallas reached out to franchisee Ashley Terry to inquire about an opening timeline but did not receive a response before publication.
Nothing Bundt Cakes offers handcrafted Bundt cakes in a variety of sizes, from bite-sized Bundtinis to tiered celebration cakes. The bakery’s flavors include Red Velvet, Confetti, and Lemon, and the brand also offers catering and fundraising programs for schools and organizations.
The brand was founded by Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz, who began baking Bundt cakes out of their home kitchens in 1997.
The Eastchase location adds to the growing number of Nothing Bundt Cakes bakeries across Fort Worth. What Now Dallas previously reported on the brand’s 2023 expansion into the city’s Alliance area, where franchisees Shaun and Sadie Smith opened their third North Fort Worth location after operating bakeries in Irving and Hurst.
The brand has continued expanding across the state. What Now Houston has tracked several Texas openings in 2026, including a Tomball location, a Conroe location, and a Huntsville location, all part of what the outlet has reported is a plan for roughly 1,000 more Nothing Bundt Cakes bakeries nationwide by 2027, with more than 100 already operating in Texas.
