Nothing Bundt Cakes is bringing a slice of its sweet treats to Huntsville. According to a recently filed permit, Nothing Bundt Cakes is expected to open in the Ravenwood Village Shopping Center at 245 INTERSTATE 45S, SUITE F.
The permit also details that construction on the 2nd-generation 2,000-square-foot cake store is slated to start in mid-June and wrap up in mid-August. If all goes well with permitting and construction, the new Nothing Bundt Cakes will be whipping up and dishing out cakes galore from its new Huntsville location by this summer.
At the helm of the new sweets shop is longtime Nothing Bundt Cakes franchisee, Bill and Carol Green. The two have been opening and operating cake shops for the brand for more than a decade. What Now Houston reached out to Green for the latest on the Huntsville opening, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“Love is at the heart of Nothing Bundt Cakes®, and you’ll savor it in every bite. Indulge in the dessert that says, ‘I care,’ ‘You’re amazing,’ or simply, ‘Let’s eat cake,'” the Nothing Bundt Cake website reads.
“For 27 years, our bakeries have been more than just a place to get dessert—we’re where you turn when you want to give a little more, so others can feel a little more. Where traditions are baked, and joy is always on the menu.”
Nothing Bundt Cakes started in 1997 in Las Vegas by friends Dena Tripp and Debbie Shewtz. Combining their recipes to create delicious, handcrafted bundt cakes with signature cream cheese frosting for friends and family, Nothing Bundt Cakes grew from home kitchens into a popular franchise.
What Now Houston reached out to Nothing Bundt Cakes Chief Development Officer, Joel Larkin, to discuss the brand’s continued expansion, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
