One of the first submarine sandwich chains in the country continues its Texas expansion. According to public filings, Jersey Mike’s Subs plans to open at 14917 Sendera Ranch Blvd., Suite 125, within the Green Brick development, with construction targeted for completion in mid-October 2026.
What Now Dallas reached out to John Mills, franchisee of the Sendera Ranch location, to inquire about an opening timeline but did not receive a response before publication.
The brand is known for its fresh-sliced meats and cheeses, made-to-order subs served on freshly baked bread, and its signature “Mike’s Way” preparation, which tops sandwiches with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, and spices.
The menu also includes hot and cold subs, wraps, and bowls. Jersey Mike’s is one of the largest sub chains in the United States, with more than 3,000 locations nationwide.
What Now Dallas has previously covered the brand’s expansion across the Metroplex, including a new location planned for Marsh Lane in Dallas, expected to open in Q4 2026, and another in Seagoville, targeted to open before the end of 2026. What Now Austin also reported on a planned Cedar Park location, targeted to open between November and December 2026.
