Headed up by David and Christine Herron, Herron Real Estate is preparing to open its own coffee shop. Called House of Coffee, the Herrons’ new venture will launch in Ponte Vedra, at 10580 US 1, Suite 412.
“House of Coffee is a haven for coffee lovers seeking a refined experience,” says the cafe’s website. “With beautiful luxury finishes, our open mezzanine invites you to sip and connect in a cozy library setting. Our space is conjoined with Herron Real Estate, creating a harmonious blend of coffee culture and real estate expertise.”
Coverage published this week by Hoodline shed some light on the project, which is described as a “community gathering space.”
“The team says they want more than a quick caffeine stop, outlining a space that blends neighborhood coffee service with community programming and partnerships with local food and beverage operators,” the coverage says. “The move lands as the firm grows its footprint and as U.S. 1 sees a noticeable uptick in new business filings.”
“Every detail has a purpose,” says a Facebook post by House of Coffee published this week. “As House of Coffee nears completion, we’re focused on the finishing touches that transform a space into an experience. A special thank you to @hammershoe_trim for bringing our custom library nook to life. Their craftsmanship has added a timeless element to the heart of House of Coffee. We’re almost ready to welcome you.”
What Now reached out to David Herron on Friday to ask about plans for the opening. Herron was not immediately available for comment.
