Located at 134 Riberia St in St. Augustine, Ragga Surf Cafe is “a gathering place & cafe that combines our true loves: the vibrant energy of the ocean we love to surf and shared meals with our community.

Founded in Marineland in 2021, Ragga Surf Cafe moved to its St. Augustine home at the San Sebastian Marina in January 2025. There, it serves up Breakfast + Lunch favorites like the Dawn Patrol Breakfast Sandwich (Light & fluffy cage-free eggs, savory cheese, piled with crispy bacon, & topped with a delicious avocado aioli. This is our go-to post-surf breaky. Served on a warm, buttery croissant), the “Perfect Quiver” Avocado Toast (Fresh avocado, lime-infused olive oil. Piled high with fresh salsa, cilantro, red pepper flakes, & specialty seasoning. Packed with flavor & served on fresh sourdough toast), and the “Ragga”Muffin (Freshly baked, delightfully sweet & griddled in butter a little extra ‘wow’! Topped with our house-made lemon or classic icing).

This week, What Now came across submitted plan review paperwork indicating that Ragga Surf Cafe is expanding with a second food truck, and sure enough, the restaurant’s website has announced that “Your Support Fuels Our 2nd Wave”: Ragga Surf Cafe will launch its second location this summer.

It’s not yet known where the new Ragga Surf Cafe would launch. The submitted paperwork, as it happens, bases the food truck in Marineland. Could it be that the cafe is planning a comeback?

Stand by for an update as more information becomes available!
